周栋

 周栋,博士,现为湖南科技大学计算机科学与工程学院教授、博士生导师,湖南省青年骨干教师,湘潭市高层次人才,校“湘江学者”特聘教授。硕士毕业于英国约克大学,博士毕业于英国诺丁汉大学,曾在爱尔兰都柏林大学圣三一学院计算机科学与统计系智能系统实验室担任Research Fellow。在IEEE TKDE、IEEE TSC、ACM Computing Surveys、ACM TALIP、ESWA、IR、UMUAI等学术期刊和CIKM、EMNLP、UMAP、ICWS、ECIR、WI等学术会议上发表和录用论文80余篇。多次受邀担任顶级国际会议的程序委员会成员和国际学术期刊的审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项,省部级及其他项目多项。主要研究领域为信息检索、自然语言处理、社会媒体与社会计算、大数据处理及机器学习等。美国计算机学会高级会员(ACM Senior Member), 中国计算机学会(CCF)高级会员, 中国中文信息学会会员, CCF青年计算机科技论坛(YOCSEF)长沙分论坛学术秘书、副主席,CCF计算机应用专委会委员, CCF中文信息技术专委会委员、青年工作委员会委员, 中国中文信息学会社会媒体处理专委会委员。
